Like most Aeonium, ‘Blushing Beauty’ prefers plenty of bright light, and infrequent but thorough watering. Take care not to pour the water directly into the rosette, where it can predispose the plant to rot. Ample airflow around the leaves and soil surface, as well as a porous soil mix in a well-draining pot, will both go a long way towards shielding the plant from rot and other ills, such as pests.
Going into dormancy during the heat of the summer, it is not uncommon for the leaves of this variety to begin to curl during this time, as a water conservation mechanism – do not worry, they will return to their flattened form as the weather cools and the plant’s growth cycle kicks back into gear.
