Note: These shoes have a small plastic replaceable "squeaker" in the sole and are designed to force air through the "squeaker" as your child steps down. The result is a squeaky sound with your child actually walking on a very comfortable cushion of air. They encourage your child to wear their shoes and they usually like them so much that they may not want to take them off! To disable the sound - simply remove the squeaker located in the sole and replace it with the non-squeaky inserts (supplied).
